                            Update Information 



29 October 2003:
A numerical problem was found and corrected for longitudinal s- and p-waves at small Q2.
The biggest effect was observed for S1- multipoles and Q2<0.5 GeV^2

13 September 2012:
For the threshold region the pion-loop contributions are now internally computed
in smaller steps of energy and Q2. This gives a smoother appearance of S and P wave
multipoles. Also more numerical digits of the multipoles are now given in the output.
